OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
If you know the tickets you require make a reservation now with a 5% deposit and we will fix the price for you.
1) In the event of prices reducing before final payment you will pay the reduced prices!
2) In the event of a price increase we will advise you and you then have three options :-
a) To purchase at the original price within seven days,
b) Stick to the buy now pay later agreement but at the new increased rate.
c) We can arrange a refund of the deposit paid.
3) If "Special Offers" which enhance the value of your ticket you have purchased such as extra days free become available you can switch to enhance the ticket. However this option is only available if tickets have not been posted from this office. Once tickets are actioned, no alterations can take place!
4) Should you wish to change the selection of tickets or increase the number of tickets before full payment is made, this will be allowed without penalty. Prices will be based upon the current ticket rates or further reduced rates if applicable. Why not add friends or neighbours to your reservation when we have special offers/discounts available!
5) In the unlikely event of a specific ticket being withdrawn from sale by the supplier i.e. Disney, Universal etc. An alternative will be offered where possible or failing that a replacement ticket offered.
6) Both hard copy tickets and pre paid vouchers are available. Please note hard copy tickets once purchased are not refundable. However unused vouchers can be refunded in full minus a £10.00 per person per ticket administration fee offering peace of mind. Vouchers are exchanged for hard copy tickets at the first park you visit. Vouchers can be easily exchanged at the Guest Relations desk or Transportation Desks at the first park visited. Please note you do not need to exchange the vouchers at a ticket booth. Guest relations desks have short or no queues!
YOUR COMMITMENT TO US
1) You will pay a deposit of 5% of the value of the reservation. Minimum deposit £50.00
2) Deposit to be paid by cheque. Credit cards will not be accepted for deposit payments on this offer. The balance of your booking can be paid by credit card if preferred but credit card charges of 2% will apply!
3) Full payment MUST be received 6 weeks prior to your travel date!
